An Executive Wellness Coach helps business leaders embrace the pursuit of wellness and to better help others’ engage in -like behaviors. These leaders understand that participating in healthy behaviors can be intimidating, but they know that others will participate if someone is leading the way. These people set the pace of what needs and can be done during the work day. 

An Executive Wellness Coach creates opportunities for business leaders to produce more on a day to day basis. This is managed with encouragement and support with wellness and healthy lifestyle behaviors that overlap personal and work life. A coaches’ duties share similar characteristics of a; Workplace Wellness Promoter, Personal Trainer, Personal Assistant and a Professional Organizer.  

As a Coach, Elliot goes above and beyond to help team leaders and team members experience wellness activities that are safe, fun, and goal orientated to promote a healthier lifestyle for themselves, family and professional relationships. This position is for an individual that executes quality and professional care to ensure others’ are experiencing better productivity during their work day.

Primary Responsibility

  • Help identify short- and long-term goals that align with personal and professional needs. 
  • Assess physical & wellness dimensions SWOT analysis.
  • Implement, execute, and assess plans to promote success.
  • Accelerate performance in physical health and wellbeing.
  • Hands-on participation to ensure results. 
  • Expect moderate travel and odd hours.
