My Name is Elliot Wilcox, and I started Wilcox Fitness in 2015 to help others improve their physical fitness to achieve personal goals. 

After years as a personal trainer, I steered my career to encompass wellness. The everyday people that I helped didn’t need intense  routines that consumed all their free time, but instead benefited from a well-rounded program to improve their quality of life.

As a business owner, athlete, and husband I understand the impact of taking time out of your day has on personal goals as well as family goals; and there’s a balance. Currently, I am a national level competitor in the sport of triathlon. Endurance racing has taught me how to get the most bang for my buck out of training without taking time away from family and still get results. 

While practicing the four dimensions of triathlon; swim, bike, run & nutrition. I know what it takes to put effort towards the necessary things while not overwhelming myself or becoming injured. 

Like me, with a goal-specific health & fitness routine, a person can be supported in many ways to make healthier lifestyle decisions that benefit different aspects of their well-being. It’s the little daily things that build up over time and helps make us into the people we are. 

It’s been my pleasure to help the doers and leaders of today improve their wellness behaviors to align with their personal and professional goals.
